Season 5 standards - I don't understand?

Barossa Dbl Elimination Challenge - Again, I don't understand. Raw chicken served - you go home. Raw lamb and soggy potatoes served - you get to stay! What's up with that? I don't understand! Not exactly a fair standard by anyone's book of fair sporting rules! Is this show as fair as everyone says? Doesn't seem to be! Seems like they want to keep this contestant for the drama she causes knowing she rubs half the other contestants the wrong way! Wonder how long they'll keep her mediocrity around? Another contestant even tried to help her cook the raw serving properly during the challenge and she still got it wrong... yet she stayed. rofl
