Aren't hair nets required in Au?

I've noticed it throughout season 1-6. Season six is the worst with Laura. All the other women have their hair tied back, fine, the hair doesn't come around dropping dander into the food. Since they keep the cameras on Laura it is really noticeable. Her hair is pulled to the top of her head and her hair is so long it drapes down both shoulders or down one side and into the food. She is constantly running her fingers through her oily hair, everyone's hair is oily to differing degrees, then touches the food she is plating up. Gross gross gross. She shakes her hair constantly over her food while she is cooking and plating up and you can just imagine the dander dropping all over the finished plates. There are even times when her hair actually runs through the food...SHE NEEDS A HAIR NET, or wouldn't she be cute enough for the judges if she wore a hair net? Bad kitchen hygiene is just bad. Speaking of bad, how many times does Tracy wipe her nose with her fingers while she's cooking and plating. Gross gross gross...if I saw a chef do either - rubbing their fingers through their hair or wiping their nose- while preparing my food, I'd never come back till that chef was gone...
