This show pisses me off so much

I swear the judges sleep with the female contestants. They can't cook, they get flustered, they cry all the time, yet the judges always choose them to win, especially in team challenges. How did the boys not win, they liked 3 out of 4 of their dishes, they liked 1 out of 4 of the girls, yet the girls won. Talk about being a giant fix. The 5th season has got to be the worst ever, the contestants just moaned and moaned all the time. I hate Gary the judge, he knows nothing about food, he's just a fat greedy pig.

reply

Yeah,I don't think the judges do that.

And I don't compare seasons.

But a lot of what you said is true. The judges are idiots. They make such stupid comments and ask such stupid obvious questions.Matt Preston is the worst.
I mean he's a food writer and now he's cooking?

I should have known those alien maggots booby trapped this sub

Agree the judges are just *beep* this year im a hoping production is why not them and George oh he makes me made he has changed too much and it makes me frustrated I liked him before and him and gary have disappointed me so much ummmm my house rules it is

reply

Well, Sarah was just eliminated. Which is unfortunate because she was gorgeous. I liked her sincere laughter also.
I don't mean to impose, but I am the Ocean.

reply

She got back in via the Vagina loop hole.

She's so pwetty she can serve the judges plastic and not lose...

reply

As soon as that episode started and all the old contestants walked back in, it was sooooo obvious she was getting back in. She is nice to look at though!!

reply

What really irritates me is when they make such a big deal about whether or not to use the immunity pin. It's really NOT that hard of a decision!!!

The problem is they all become friends and forget that this is a competition.

No, its called a strategy. If you use it when you could have easily won a round, you can end up in the future with a much harder challenge, with nothing to save you. Not a difficult concept.

Yeah I used to love dying, but that speech really turned me around.

reply

agree.. its about you and not about the friends you made ...

reply

what's with your disdain for the female contestants? they don't deserve that

reply

just because some of the women on the show get flustered and emotional doesn't mean they don't deserve to be there

reply

lol

Nothing like a nighttime stroll to give you ideas.

Jimmy Seervai In season 2 is a male. The only thing he was good at is cooking curry and he did it every single week and He Made it to the top 4.

So that pretty much proves the first post wrong.

I always find Australian version of Masterchef is the worse. The contestants are so stupid friendly, no drama, and none of them have colorful personality. Everyone just cries so easily, wtf am i watching? a cooking competition or Oprah? And why is it almost every damn season they drag it to at least 65 episode? If you gonna drag the season that long as least make it fun to watch.

reply

I think the show is fun to watch. I love seeing all dishes being put up, and watching the master classes.

reply

you havent seen the dutch version yet LOL talking about the worse version ;)
Cooking is an emotion, so yeah ppl get emotional.. its a human thing

reply

And for lots of people that's exactly what they love about it. LOL! Yes, none of the a$$holes blazing in talking about how great they are and how everyone sucks. No groaning and complaining about every team challenge. No, "I hope someone does worse than me." comments so they stay in. And the duration is precisely why so many of us end up loving it more - you actually get to know the contestants a lot more and feel invested.

Not everyone wants to watch a bunch of petulant, braggarts and blowhards which North American programming puts at the top of their list above talent. :-/

I don't do signatures. ^_^

reply

I have not forgiven them for crowning Julie the winner in S1. Obviously, they won't let an Asian win the first Masterchef Aust.

reply

lol! Hey, but an Asian and half-Asian won the following seasons though. Cheer up. :-P They'll really impress me when someone Aboriginal goes the distance and wins. ;)
