what a masterpiece of thriller junk(SPOILERS)

I don't usually give score lower than 5, but I would just give this 3.

Such a ridiculous scenario when this bald guy got out of the basement and his first thing to do is to hug the girl whose arm pierced by stake, not to untie her first. And when he let go Luic, he hugged her again and got killed by an arrow, did he not know Anton the killer was still around and could chase and kill them since they were easy targets. Why hugging is such a big deal?

And Luic just climbed to the tip of the cliff and fell to the ladders, and not tried to avoid falling, he was afraid of height, wasn't he? And when he sensed the bald guy might just let him fall to the ground, he could not even at least try to grab the ladders with one hand ?

Then this girl just could not stab one more time to make sure the insane killer was actually terminated? Because she was a doctor, so her instinct of survival just didn't work at all ?

It was a mixture of JASON(ANTON) of the Friday 13th, and other modern thriller movies. I hope they had creative and believable story, rather than mixing everything in a test tube.

All valid points. This movie sorely tests logic. I'm rather glad the surge of "Gallic horrors" was relatively short lived. All most of these directors were doing was desperately trying or I make calling cards to show people in Hollywood, NAND the few that actually transitioned stateside ended up stuck in the horror movie ghetto churning out sequels and remakes to superior American horror shows of days gone by before quietly heading back home.
