He should at least have been tortured and sentenced an imprisonment for the rest of his life. I wouldn't even mind if he was sentenced to death. I would defintely have avenged it have I been related to that woman. What a scum. I can't believe he got away with it. I would have killed the perpetrator and all his family in cold blood the same way he murdered the woman in cold blood. This movie makes me so angry. First he receives the donation of a kidney from a much younger man with pleasure and then he goes out and cynically murders an innocent defenceless pregnant poor beautiful woman walking her dog with A GOD DAMN ARROW AND GETS AWAY WITH IT!!! OMFG how can that not be disturbing and controversial for an ending and make one angry? This is most likely the worst movie I've ever seen.

He was never caught or even suspected. And at least his motives were not evil, he was paying back the doc who saved his life. The woman was a complete manipulative beeyatch

I forgot, was he even arrested? I thought the cops only looked at the doc as a potential suspect
