Depends on why you thought it was bad. Personally I enjoyed it, if for no other reason than it was a rather good pure & simple action movie. It wasn't convoluted and the plot was pretty straightforward. No it wouldn't win an Oscar or anything like that but it was an enjoyable popcorn flick to kick back and enjoy for a couple hours IMO.

You're entitled to not like it tho, but I would recommend giving his other movies a chance before ruling him out. The Rundown (2003) was probably the first well received movie where he made a name for himself as an actor, you should give that one a try sometime!

Why do you hate fun and action? This was a fun action flick. Perhaps you don't like that style of film. If so, Johnson is probably not for you.

I enjoyed his performance in "Pain & Gain", but that's a dark humor action thriller directed by Michael Bay, so you would probably despise that as well.
