Needs a third season

I love this show!

The only complaint i have is that the human bodies would definitely have an impact on structures and the like. We're 70% water and that water would damage the surroundings as we rotted. If an auditorium full of 700 people was killed spontaneously by radiation from a gamma ray burst or something, the auditorium would look a lot different one year later than one with no bodies.

About the bodies...in order to really enjoy the show, the viewer has to just take it at face value the idea that humans just disappear. No physical bodies left behind to rot or decompose (... after they'd parked their cars, gotten off the planes, and turned off their tea kettles, of course). It is a fictional program which is produced to look like a documentary. It does require it's viewer to buy into the ground rules. It's best viewed when taken at face value without expecting explanations for ideas the program doesn't address. it is a definite flight of imagination - nothing to base our lives on, tho.
