Ending Please (Spoilers)

I set my DVR to tape the movie off of MTV and it quit recording after Jay tells Manny he loves her. Probably not much left of the movie but I would like to know what I missed. Thank you.

Same here! I just came here to ask the exact same thing. Stupid DVR cut it off :/

Weird, me too.
So can anyone let us know what happened?

Weird, I could have sworn I answered this awhile ago. Oh well

Jay tells Manny he loves her and Manny replies "I know." and then tells him she'll be back in Toronto as soon as she can, implying they could give their relationship another try. Jay and Manny kiss and Jay leaves alone, while the high school kids who rode with him to LA stay in LA. Not sure how they're planning on getting back, but..

Ellie goes to the airport to fly back home to visit her dad in the hospital. Craig goes with her to see her off. They share a really corny scene in which they start walking in seperate directions, but then stop and look back at each other at the same time. They run back towards each other, into each other's arms and kiss. The cliched "run into your arms on the beach" scene, only no beach. Ellie leaves and when she arrives at the hospital she sees her dad staring blankly out the window. She says "daddy" (or something like that) to get his attention and immediatley starts crying. Her dad is happy to see her and they hug, Ellie bawling hysterically. The camera pans to Marco, who must have flown back with Ellie, leaning against the door out of site from Ellie and her dad. His phone rings and it's Paige calling to apologies for slapping him and treating him like dirt. Marco ignores the call though, implying Paige and Marco's friendship is ruined.

Paige, back in LA, is now Jason Mewes's assistant for the movie. She called Marco from the set. We see an excerpt from Mewes's movie in which Michael Seater and Cassie are singing a duet thing. This scene will make any Michael Seater fan gush, myself included.

and that's pretty much it. all in all I thought it was a pretty disappointing ending.
