Francis' powers? And the dyke's?

He said in dialogue he got "fast reflexes" and "lost the ability to feel pain" in dialogue, but then he's shown to have superhuman strenght and superior healing too?
For instance he gets impaled via sword twice and gets up as if it was nothing.

The fast reflexes thing is never even shown.

Also the dyke lady is supposed to be crazy strong ok, but then she's basically invincible not to mention she can kick Colossus' arse which I found silly.

She also disappears from the movie and we're not shown what happens to her.
Last we see of her she's being saved by colossus while the platform thing is collapsing.
