one (of many) glaring plot holes

So some people might argue it's not a plot hole because it was neccessary to build tension blah blah. But... Tre was definitely launching that missle, even hit the button, right after PW shoots out the controller. Then later on Tre gives the whole 180 "oh i'm a businessman, I was never gonna launch that missle

give me a break

Yeah, he was pissed off because they had stolen all the money from his bank accounts. Then, with a cool head, he realized that it was a setup. So he was really an animal, willing to kill millions of innocent people because he got robbed.

well he acted in a moment of anger and was about to do something rash. but when he actually was about to press it manually he realized what he was doing and ended up deciding against it. not really a plot hole, people change their minds all the time after they are no longer pissed off and can actually think clearly.

He had the bomb set up and ready to go long before that scene. He made no attempts to contact anyone and had clear intentions of sending it back.

Suddenly up pops Paul walker and then the negotiations start with 45 mins before the bomb explodes.

Don't tell me he was going to wait til the last few minutes to negotiate for cash with people on the other side of the wall. That bomb was clearly going to be sent over to detonate. Hot headedness didn't even enter into it.
