How does this show get away with a TV-14 rating?

This show has had multiple occasions where Tosh has shown pornographic and very violent/offensive videos. Some examples include a close up video of a guy picking at a massive red infection on his arm, a guy putting his penis in a socket, a dog in a chair hanging from a guy's penis, people engaging in graphic sex, a girl throwing up semen, etc.

Examples of TV shows that stay TV-14 are The Office, 30 Rock, Maury, etc. So how does this show get away with being called suitable for 14 year olds?

Real question is: who stays glued to a TV watching some wimp talk about trending videos...when you can just go to YouTube and click on "Trending Videos"....

But also to vilafier for their response to crashdummy. It's ridiculous to ask why anyone would watch Tosh.0 instead of just watchin trending videos on YouTube. The show is more than trending videos.
