The Perfect Movie

loved this movie from beginning to end, a quantum leap forward from the first Wolverine film

It's a HUGE leap forward from the 1st Wolverine film! Which is the only X-Men movie to date that I didn't enjoy.

Yeah, it's pretty damn close to perfect I agree. I just watched the Unleashed Extended Cut and it managed to make it even better. Most extended cuts only drag the movie on, and are merely there as a novelty to show you what was cut from the movie, and you can usually see why.

Not so with The Wolverine.

The extended cut just elaborated on several character relationships and provided some exciting extra action pieces, all of which fit seamlessly in with the pre-existing material. It is an excellent film, I hope the next Wolverine movie is just as good.

Hell yeah. Easily one of the best superhero films I've ever watched (especially the Unrated extended cut which adds more character, adult and mature content, and violence which adds just a bit more punch).

It's a terrific superhero film that's smartly written, structured, and casted. The filmmakers really focus on establishing setting, character, themes, and environment without having to worry about including action in every single scene.

Kellum, is that you?

This proves that Fox finally gets it. They are nailing X-Men. Singer has the team rolling. Logan was near perfect here and Deadpool is everything Deadpool should be.

While it was superior to the first Wolverine film, it was far from a perfect film.

The perfect Wolverine film at least.

That is, if you keep the extended cut in place.
