Wire or Shield?

This series has been compared to "The Wire" and "The Shield." It has the grittiness of "The Wire," but the plot is more like that of "The Shield." I am disappointed to read that some viewers think it goes down hill in its second season, but I have only recently discovered it and am enjoying the first season.

This is my new favorite show. I stumbled across it on Hulu Plus. I'm still on the first season. I hope the second season is just as good.

i saw s1 s2 s3 & s4.
for me, there are only 2 other series which can stand against Braquo : Homeland and Engrenages (french too).
