Ottawa doubling for Philadelphia again! Same script too!

Why must the beautiful city of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada where this movie is filmed be doubled for Philadelphia yet again by these producers??? This has happened time and again with these Lifetime movies in recent years and I am sick of it! Can Americans seriously not handle a film actually set outside their own borders?

Furthermore, they recycled the script of another recent Ottawa/Lifetime movie. I believe that the movie starring that dude from Being Erica was also about a man obsessed with a woman and he sets up numerous cameras around her house to spy on her and try to break her up with her husband. Sound familiar?

These freaking Lifetime movies are all the same; they are always about some psychotic man or woman who is obsessed with getting revenge and/or getting with a partner who wants no part of them. The movie is always filmed in Ottawa and always set in Philadelphia. The perpetrator, if they don't end up dead, ends up in a mental institution at the end and their victim(s) live happily ever after.
