I saw the trailer and was a little intrigued but there was a lot of blood in it too, I went on RT and it says its PG-13? I was definitely thinking it was going to be R. Can anyone who's seen it tell me if they cut out a lot of the violence?

Hmmm there's a lot of gore for sure and some realistic violence. Also, there's an attempted rape scene.
