This is Coming Out At Wrong Time

I want this film to be a success, but I definitely already know that they are releasing this at the wrong time. I saw this because for one this film is gonna have competition from Best Man Holiday, Thor 2, and Hunger Games: Catching Fire when it opens on the 27th, and probably will not open in the number one or two spot. Secondly it's not much buzz around the film aside from the big name actors involved and the film is really gonna be carried on Jacob Lattimore who although talented isn't a "name drawing" actor or singer yet in his demographic which the film is targeting (Black teens). The film should have been released closer to Christmas.

Also it has to compete with Mandela Long Walk to Freedom, but really best man holiday, I can't see this film knocking best man holiday out of the top three

i don't know why they released a christmas movie at thanksgiving.

I think had the film been released at Christmas time the film would have done a lot better.
