Great music, thin plot

The movie was 93 min, they could've made it 120 and worked on the plot more. It had a great cast, great music, but the material felt rushed in the end. There was so much more to explore. It's like someone who begins to tell you a good story and then tells you he has to go, so he sums it up in 10 seconds.

This is based on a stage play. I too felt like the ending was rushed and tied too neatly, but maybe they ran out of money? It cost $10Mil to produce.

i totally agree. the music was pretty well done. the story was very fuzzy until the end.

I will admit the music was decent but the film didn't have much of a story to it but enjoyable

I've no problem with the music. In that bus scene they could have had the passengers on the bus singing as well. But why did the end it with Stevie Wonder's 'Always'? A Christmas song would have been great.

Yes, could've been a little more. I really liked it though.
