Post-finale credits clip???

What the hell was that clip about immediately when the credits start rolling? "Hey kid, wanna a trick?" --*cut scene to pickpocketing* "Look at me"; "I saw the hole in the first place!", and then the man in the shades replies in English, "I-m sow-re". What did I miss/can some key please explain this to me? I'm guessing his being "a fake" has something to do with the anti-poverty/charity crusade, but the hole..? What? Was this a translation issue?
