I actually liked it for the first hour and 15 minutes.

I thought the wire fu and cgi fight scenes were quite well done. The revenge story was entertaining as was the question if Su was sane or not. Michelle Yeoh was great but she isn't in it nearly long enough.

After that the story is anticlimactic, pointless and a complete waste of time. I would give it 7/10 for the first hour and 15 minutes and 2/10 for the last 40 minutes.
