[ASK] Then you must be an albino [spoiler alert]

Hello, I wanna ask this one thing, I didn't get the Doctor's means.
So the dialogue are like this:

Doctor: I must ask you if you know the biological father,
Barney: Well, I'm the father.
Doctor: Then you must be an albino.

What's the doctor means by putting up that sentence?
From what I know Albino is some kind of disease to the people get white skin. But then Barney hit his black friend, which it could be means it's his son. But he's black, so why Albino? I really don't get it. Please someone explain, Thanks in advanced.

Because an African American man with Albinoism child would still likely be black. Because Barney is not an Albino he learned his child was black and could only think of one person that would possibly be his Father. The doctor was being a smart ass.

Albino is not a disease that makes your skin white. I think you're thinking of leprosy. Albinoism is genetic. It means there's a lack of pigmentation in the skiny, hair, and eyes. Albinos are generally very pale with white hair and very light eyes (or red eyes).

The child was black, so in order for Barney to have a black child he'd need to be black. Which he obviously wasn't, unless he was black with albinoism.
