It seemed wrong to pan across NYC with the twin towers highlighting the shot.

This movie came out nine years after the attacks afterall.

Not sure if you're joking but, a lot of the film was set in the 70's.

It would be wrong to remove them anyway. They were an iconic feature of the NY skyline for 28 years.
