O'kelly tattoo
I don't know if anyone noticed or not, but Paul has a tattoo that says O'kelly on his left chest. That's the last name of the couple at the end of the movie. Any thoughts on the significance of that?

We learn early on that Paul's last name is O'Kelly. I was thinking that this was his father whom he had not seen in 28 years. Maybe the dad doesn't recognize him because the time span or something to do with the supernatural event taking place.

Mr O'Kelly: can't live without 'em
Paul: Or several of them huh, Mr O'Kelly?
much like how Frank got the guy who raped his wife as his assignment, Paul got his own father
