What are the conditions of Ju-on?

I guess what bugs me about this movie and the ju-on franchise are the conditions of ju-on were not established and then it establishes new conditions to the point it is getting out of hand. Apparently, there is no way to stop ju-on. What's next? Ju-on conquers the world? The ghosts video call you on an iPhone? There needs to be a way to stop it and release the curse and the ghosts.

What other ju-on conditions are there and what new ju-on conditions were introduced? Do you want to limit the ju-on conditions and powers? Which ones are relevant?

For example, in The Grudge: Old Lady in White:
Ju-on can physically attack you through the mirror or maybe it's psychological where the victim only thinks they are being attacked.

The ghost can now wander outside and attack you there.

The ghost can leave a cassette recording that has supernatural powers.

Ju-on is the gurgling sound made from a person who is dying, but cannot breathe.

A psychic can see the ghost when others can't.

The victim can see the ghost or it could be just psychological.

The ghosts can contact you via quija board.

This is one of the weirdest unsolved crimes in the police department, but only one detective knows about it and doesn't want to talk about it except to warn others to just ignore it.

In the first Ju-on: The Grudge movie:
Ju-on is "the curse of one who dies in a powerful rage. It gathers and takes effect in the places where that person was alive. Those who encounter its energy die, and a new curse is born."

The ghosts of the people with ju-on cannot find peace and remain on earth to re-enact their deaths and gather new victims.

Ju-on is told in a non-linear sequence with events that took place recently, such as the day before, or took place years before.

Ju-on leaves clues using photographs.

Ju-on has an effect on animals.

Ju-on can affect cell phones and communicate through them.

There isn't an effective way to stop it.

Ju-on sounds like a noise make from a cat.

A crazy or feeble-minded person can see the ghost while others can't.

Ju-on ghosts can only attack you in the house.

Every person that lived in the cursed house died or disappeared.

i think that was kind of the point wasn't it? in the first movie it ended in a way that made me feel that the curse had spread to an extent that a huge part of the population if not the entire population had been taken by the curse. i do agree that it was kind of insane that it was so easily spread and apparently impossible to stop. still it was a fun movie to watch with some good scares along the way. I don't really feel like to many new ideas were brought into this movie from the previous ones
