Without T+A what did they hope to accomplish?

Seriously, who makes a soft core porn without porn? I don't understand how this movie was approved or allowed to continue at any stage. Even if the actresses didn't want to do nudity, they could have used body doubles or done meaningless sex scenes.

Did some rich filmmaker self-finance and actually think they were making a deep crime/thriller? It is the only logical explanation I can come up with. If any studios money was involved, even an incompetent executive would realize the best they could hope for was a late night third tier paid cable spank flick. Am I the only one who feels this way? I, guessing not since this is the only comment on the message board in 3 years and there is no Wikipedia entry on this film. Even the teacher does not have a Wikipedia page.

I don't know if anyone will even visit this page and read this comment... If you did, I hope you found something in this movie to enjoy. My favorite part was all the terrible acting, especially the female police officer, with her passionately delivered poetry, "Never raise your voice to a police officer!"
