Palin and Chapman
The cast list does not include Michael Palin or (archival) for Graham Chapman.
Is this an error or some legal issue?
If an error, who can fix this data entry problem?

As of today, Michael Palin is listed amoung the cast. "...The Lawyer's Cut" is listed on Graham Chapman's page under Archive Footage so I don't think his omission is because of any legal issue. I suppose it might be IMDb policy not to list people among the cast of a film in which they only appear in archive footage. Walter Cronkite gave an added element of authenticity in Apollo 13 but he's not in the credits of the film. He is, however, listed (as Chapman is) within his own IMDb page.
