The Fire Festival

Has anyone ever been to the festival? I really want to go. In the film it looks amazing, but when i look on youtube, it looks like a bunch of locals carrying fire balls in their ugg boots. In the film they are in costumes and it looks spectacular.

Are you referring to the Beltane Fire Festival (that it was loosely based on) as the photos and videos online of that festival look incredible!
