when butch was mean mugging him in the cafe he knew he had raped davis? obviously inciting the riot to get to the kid that part i get

also it shows him beating him down for sure, but does it indicate if he killed him or not? not to sound cynical but would have enjoyed seeing him confirmed dead somehow but I'm left wondering at the end of the film.

Im not sure I think he did kill him Butch and Davis were best friends

im not sure if he knew he got raped or what. It would be odd just to assume your buddy got raped without any real indication.

He did know he got raped because after he got raped the little kid saw him and when butch was looking at the rapist in mess hall it showed the little kid look across table to butch Implying he had told him what he saw.
