look closer...in the scenes after the attack he is still the guy serving food..so he kinda just fades out of the movie i guess

I thought so too, but it was too blurry to identify him. If it was him, they screwed up not having a scene set aside.

Before the riot, you can see him hitting the table chanting "Dead." with everyone.
He's actually one of the first ones to start hitting the table.

I didn't even notice Banks was brought back! I thought if he was back he'd want to get revenge on Butch, but I guess he wouldn't want to get his ass kicked by Butch again even worse!

yeah i thought he was transfered because they never highlighted him after the incident. The directing in this movie sucked
