When is this coming out?
I've seen the 3 major other standup shows so many times I nearly know them by heart. So I'm dying to see more. Anyone know when it's due?

shareStrangely enough, I just read that Louis filmed the 85-minute "Hilarious" as an actual theatrical film. He's going to take it around film festivals next year. So it's not due until 2010. But, he'll be on "Parks and Recreation" and in "The Invention of Lying". Also, FX just picked up his new series "Louie".
Plus, he's doing a new tour in Canada and Europe of 50 minutes of material he wrote after "Hilarious". So by next fall, Louis CK might be a household comedy name like Richard Pryor or George Carlin.
I saw him do Hilarious in Dallas, I laughed so hard my skull ached for 3 days. Funniest thing I've ever seen.
shareIt's just been accepted by the Sundance Film Festival and it's going to be screening there in January.

shareAdd me to the list of people waiting for any news of an airing date. Last time I checked his website there was no hint of when we could expect it. Gaaahh, so excited!
shareRight now his last scheduled stand-up date for this tour is April 24th, which leads me to believe the DVD will be released soon after that. I'm hoping anyway!
shareHis show is coming out in June, so I would assume the DVD will coincide with that.

I'd love to see you in the moonlight with your head thrown back and your body on fire.
i heard clips of his stand up are going to be in his tv show so he probably wants to gain some popularity from his show and then he'll release his special, but idk if it's gonna b a dvd or a theatrical release.
sharei don't think it will ever come out.
the show has been on for weeks now... months even, and still no word on the dvd.
It is having a theatrical premiere in a few cities on sept 8th. http://www.louisck.net/
shareI have this on DVD & will send it to anyone that PMs me - for nothing more than the price of postage. =]
Looks like I picked the wrong day to quit shootin' smack...share
