I feel like the last joke was his way of saying "I'm single! Come have sex with me after the show!" The way he described his dick as "like a 21 year old" and how much better he is at talking to girls than young guys, specifically.

No way. Did you hear the audience's reaction to the last line? That was why he saved it for last. He knows how to build a set, that's for sure.
