For A SyFy Original - Pretty Good!
I've learned to stay away from most horror flicks that premiere on SyFy since they tend to be awful, save for a few here and there (I enjoyed "Yeti"). The only reason I tuned in to "Ghost Town" was because I'm a fan of the lead actor, Randy Wayne, and the company that produced the film - Unified Film Organization - has done some fun B-movies before.
I'm guessing it was edited a bit for tv, because the blood and gore seemed plentiful, but all in all it was a decent effort. Acting was above par for this type of outing, save for the lead girl, Jessica Rose - she was pretty bad. It's pretty much like "Friday The 13th" except the slayings are committed by ghost cowboys (and a cowgal) - pitchforkings, decapitations, knifings as well as a young man torn apart while being tied to four horses.
Several cast members are unaccounted for though, thanks to SyFy scrunching the credits to the side so it's impossible to see them. Serena, Goodman, Manny the bus driver, the coach and Scott are not listed on the IMDb page.
