I've had this sitting on my hard drive forever but I can't ever bring myself to watch it. I've watched the trailer about a thousand times and even just that unsettles me like hell. Seen plenty of extreme horror like A Serbian Film, Martyrs, Frontier(s), etc, etc and this movie has scared me more and I HAVEN'T EVEN SEEN IT.

Maybe it's just the mystique of it. Maybe I could handle it no problem and I'm building it up in my head too much. The thing that has made me the most wary is the defecation and animal killing scenes. I could probably handle everything else but those two things I feel as if I may not be completely desensitized too yet haha. It's exciting that there is something out there that can still have this effect on me though. I will watch this movie before Halloween. I mean it.

But anyway, just exactly how much poop and animal killings is in this movie? And how much do they show without being too specific for fear of spoilers.

Once you see something, it can't be "unseen." Personally I don't want these putrid images of animals being tortured and people defecating on each other, rattling around in my subconscious for all eternity. Btw, this movie is not "horror." It is merely a collection of sickening, perverted images. There is no linear story and it is not at all "scary." Unless of course seeing a close-up of an anus with excrement coming out is "scary" to you. I refuse to watch this, like I won't watch "Cannibal Holocaust." It's not because I'm "scared," but rather because I have standards, and SOME moral compass.

Well said, I read up on this film out of curiosity and anyone who even watches it should be locked up, potential serial killer.
