Here, I'll start one:

Two z-grade porn actors, one who is extremely sunburnt and the other who recently immigrated to America, suffer traumatic brain injury and start to talk like they are in a bad porn movie all the time. They somehow lure two white kids to their home with milk, and drive them out to the woods.
