I think I saw a young Chloe Sevigny there around 13.40 minutes in the movie.

Yes, Chloe Sevigny worked at Liquid Sky store in Nolita which was also a kind of cultural center for club kids and fans of techno and drum & bass music. The 90's was a very good time for NYC clubs and music. Chloe was a part of the scene.

Definitely her:)She looks about the same age as she did in the movie Kids, same haircut and such.
