So, what performances are there?

Being a Pearl Jam fan I've preordered Blu-ray of Twenty, so hopefully Amazon will send it today. As far as I know there are some performances included in this rockumentary, so I was just wondering how many of them are there and which songs exactly. I have checked the soundtrack, but I suppose most of it was used purely as soundtrack and not as live performances by the band.

Well, there are quite a few, though many of them are short, I don't think they have one song in its entirety, here are some of them though.

Bu$hleaguer - Uniondale, NY '03, when they got booed

Nothing As It Seems - Key Arena, Seattle '01
Release - Verona, Italy '06
Hunger Strike (Temple Of The Dog performance) - RIP Magazine Party Hollywood '91
Breath - Vancouver '91
State Of Love And Trust - Singles Premiere Party '92
Why Go - Hamburg '92
Black - MTV Unplugged '92
Baba O'Riley - Lollapalooza Dressing Room Performance and On Stage '92
Even Flow - Pinkpop Festival Holland '92
Porch - Montage of Ed's climbing/jumping antics from early 90's
Blood - New Zealand '95
Last Exit - Taipei, Taiwan '95
Rockin' In The Free World (w/Neil Young) - '95
Crown Of Thorns - 10th Anniversary Show, Las Vegas '00
Faithfull - Soundcheck Verona '06

It's a shame they were cut short, but thank you very much for that list.

Well, it's a documentary, they didn't want to do an entirely musical video. If they put all the performances in, in their entirety, there would have been very little room for anything else. The 3 Disc Deluxe Edition that Ten Club is selling has all the performances in their entirety on one of the discs. But if you haven't ordered that yet you're out of luck as they were limited and sold out.

Well, I guess I kind of expected something like Immagine in Cornice, but obviously less concert-oriented. Nevertheless, I am still looking forward to seeing this, since it got mostly very positive reviews. And yes, I have ordered the regular edition. Deluxe was a little too expensive for what it was offering.

reply

Yeah, that price was ridiculous. $60 for a 3 DVD set (+ $5 shipping) or $70 for the Blu-Ray. I didn't buy it either. I don't care what's on the two bonus discs, it's not worth that much.
