News footage in the film?

Can anybody confirm if the news footage is actual real life footage that they intertwined with the movie it just seems real but I can't say for sure. Also at the end of the movie I'm pretty sure there is a real scene of the real Danny Greene.

I had the same thought with the news footage and the real scene with Danny Greene at the end.

I did some reading and searching it seems like that most of it was real news footage all but the actual scene with Ray Stevenson as Danny Greene where he says I'm not a hard man to find. I loved the end scene as well with the real Danny Greene that was a perfect way to end the film.

I saw Brian Ross of ABC and CNN I think. He was much younger. Still a jerk.

It's real. The DVD has a documentry about Danny Greene and the clips are in there too and much more. It's a good accompany for the movie.

The one's within the movie are clearly Ray stevenson, but the ones at the end of the film are real.

this news coverage gave this a totally real 70s feel to it

i felt llike i was in the 70s again, seriously. it had that intense authenticity i like in period films, where i can get lost in it and forget that it's a film. usually i am reminded that the costumes are fake and stuff, but this one sold me. i got lost in it
