I got it off Netflix and this is gonna be a movie that I have to add to my collection. I watched it once and I was like okay yeah it was average. I watched it again and I was blown away. I don't know why. Ray Stevenson played an excellent role. Its hard to believe this didnt get a worldwide release.

i agree with you it was very good. and fresh and the star did a great job. he had a huge screen presence. i wondered the whole time why he isn't a huge huge star. he sure has the right star material

LOL I was gonna say the same thing. I was like yeah Ray Stevenson looks really familiar. Looked up the movies his acted in and havent seen none beside Kill The Irishman.

someone else pointed out he is a dead ringer for a young charles durning. that may be the deja view.
but i also feel like he reminds me of someone who was on TV in the 70s, then since ironically this movie was set in the 70s, that just added to it even more. not sure who but one of the macho guys from then. i may see a little bo svensen in there, and maybe a little richard burton too. but there is someone else he seems like a clone of, from a cop or fireman show or something, and i just can't quite nail it yet. one day it will hit me. lol
oh, and when he talks it reminds me of gerard butler.
but, me, i never saw any of those from that list. this is this only thing

I just watched it... great movie! You never saw "Rome"? Do yourself a favor and watch it... NOW! He was perfect in that show, and I too am surprised he didn't make it big after that show. Great actor.
