What happened to Joe Buka?
When Danny beat Joe Buka (the big Pollack) in a fight, it never says what happens to him. Danny drops his glasses on the floor the next day.
Does anyone know if he kills him?
I don't think Joe is dead at all, but he got a helluva beating and the dock boss lost his muscle and his position (I wouldn't call it a 'job').
He prob was low key for some time, then maybe moved or became a bar bouncer... I guess he old have sought revenge, but it seemed he may have had a history in the area and maybe with Danny, like he owed Danny for something, a long time ago - maybe in school - but that is all random guessing...
I think the movie is off a bit, but most are... Still a good movie.
