They need to bring Zeke back for the parenthood revival!

If Jason Katims really revives parenthood in the future, he should bring Zeke back. The show just wouldn't be the same without him. He was the heart of the show in my opinion.

I think they should make it that his death was just a dream. I know he died on a positive note and they showed a glimpse of the future but they could make it that the glimpse of the future was actually just his dream. They should pick up where it left off with Camille calling out to him on the chair he died on but instead of him being dead he was actually just deep asleep and him dying was also part of the dream. He then should tell Camille about his dream and tell her that he now feels inspired to get the second surgery because he doesn't want to die. He wants to be around to witness his grandchildren growing up and he wants to take Camille to France.

I thought the same thing. It's pretty much a given that this show will get a revival eventually--I would absolutely love to see Sydney, Victor and Jabaar as teens/college students and Max as a young adult. They will have all kinds of new storylines to explore once all the kids grow up, and Amber's son gets older, and Adam and Kristina are aging parents still raising a kid (Nora). They'll have enough plot material to fill as many episodes as they want---that's not going to be an issue at all. The real challenge is going to be figuring out what to do with Craig T. Nelson's role. They killed Zeke off, they can't realistically reverse that, and it would be such a shame not to include Nelson, especially since he has been as passionate about the show as anyone else. I honestly don't know how they'd work him in, but I guess there are always ways to do it if you're creative enough. They could do flashbacks of some sort, although new shows like This is Us have already begun doing that a lot, so it might feel repetitive. Maybe they could do flashbacks just enough to make sure that Zeke at least gets to make an appearance, kind of like Sookie did in the Gilmore Girls revival.

I would absolutely love a revival! Yeah, why did the have to go kill off Zeke? Lol.
