So are the pictures and videos in the beginning, the actual actors?

I'm sure that's been asked and answered a million times. But I can't find anything. Reason I ask is because I'm currently watching the movie The Watcher and in its one opening scene is the video of baby Sarah (Lauren Graham) riding the bicycle. Just curious if anyone knows or has noticed that too.

I can't be certain that every picture is them, but at least 90 percent are. You can see themselves in their faces.

I am going to have to watch The Watcher again, you have me curious!
