Or, you mean those are the only two vague similarities. Also, i do not remember the baby in Walking Dead being a mutant with lizard eyes, or Darryl using an archery bow (he uses a crossbow), or anything else that was similar to either the TV show or the comic book.
In fact, the idea of different mutations has more in common with Zombie games like Dead Island or Left 4 Dead, but i have also read quite a few Z-Books which had these ideas.
I thought the movie wasn't bad, some good ideas, but it dragged a little in between the attacks, and i found the black face parkour zombies to be hilarious, but i have seen far far worse movies, and it was enjoyable at least.
