Differences between '... Returns' and '... Big Bang' versions?

Supposedly Nanny McPhee Returns is the same as Nanny McPhee and the Big Bang, but compare them on the Amazon US and UK sites: "Returns" (US) is listed as 109 minutes running time; "Big Bang" (UK) is listed as 105 minutes running time. So what makes up the 4 minute difference?? Has anyone watched both versions?

If they are listing video running times there is probably no difference. Films are run 1 frame a second faster on Pal. That would account for the difference.
