The scenes right before the credits

I know this isn't the most populated board nor the most frequented but I'm hoping someone sees this thread.

I'm really confused by the scenes right before the credits. It shows what looks to be a group of film students walking through the park filming themselves...you see them during the day and then during the night from what I recall.

I understand that we are supposed to be viewing what the stalker(s) see at this point but who are these students (young adults)? They clearly aren't the same as the group we see in the movie. Is it my understanding that this is a new group that is now going to be stalked?

Anyone have any thoughts?

If there is a Muslim ban, they can pretend they're Christians. You know, like Republicans do.

Yes, it is a new group. This time, it's larger but we could see for a moment the girls were fighting on one another, so assuming this sociopath a 'person' or maybe two or three 'people', we can conclude that their real motive was to teach these young kids a lesson for not appreciating the bonds of friendships and maybe they were intrigued by them for some reason. Or maybe these guys just loved to tape people around, so their victims were those who have cameras in their hands. So after every exhibit, they just used another camera to record everything of the new group before taking it to the police or found by the police.

I watched this movie at 3 am with the lights off, alone in my bedroom and a high volume, thought it was creepy. At the end, I was hiding under my blanket just to wait for the face to come up because I knew it would be something weird but that didn't happen (There's no reason for me to hide!). I should have written the ending for the director if I knew him. We basically didn't even know what happened to any of the teenagers. 3.9/10
