Chances of Joe getting deported?

So what are the chances of Joe actually getting deported?
Bet they are really freaking out with Trump buckling down on illegals with criminal pasts (AKA Joe).

reply

I was wondering the same thing, but he doesn't seem to mind European immigrants.

reply

Unless they're Muslim. But if they're gorgeous and from a Christian country, hey come on in and get in line for wife #4.

A simple mind is a tidy mind.

reply

Yup. He'll probably need a new fembot soon.

reply

Very true. But I would still be nervous, if in their shoes.
He has had a lot of publicity and he and his wife are not well liked, in general. So he would be just the type to "make an example of" and to send packing.
I don't watch all the time, so excuse me if this is known, but has he ever addressed why he didn't become a citizen? How about his parents and siblings? Are they legal?
Just strange to have been here practically his entire life and even be married and have kids that are all citizens, but not become one yourself.

reply

JMO, but I don't think a judge would do that to the kids and uproot them to another country.

reply

I agree. Especially after he's served his time. He should learn American history in prison and then try to become a citizen right when he gets out! Wear only red, white and blue ;)

A simple mind is a tidy mind.

reply

I don't think he has ever officially addressed it, but I think a lot of your questions are answered by him just being stupid and/or lazy. He also seems to think that he is above the law.

reply

It has not been addressed but Joe does whatever he feels like.

reply

I don't think they're the smartest people...if you listen to their language you begin to see that they are either not well educated or don't give a crap. New Jersey has some excellent school systems. He seems like a thug and was never interested in getting ahead by normal channels. Becoming a citizen requires taking a citizenship test. I don't think that he could have passed it. I don't want to get into politics but if Trump is looking to remove the criminal type of person that's living here; what's more criminal than someone who evades taxes and doesn't contribute to society? Seems like that would make him an ideal candidate for deportation.

reply

I read something quite a while ago that claimed it was a definite possibility. I would imagine it will depend on how far they have gone in paying back the people they defrauded.

She claims they have paid back all the restitution they owed, which I find that hard to believe since it was multi-millions and her cookbooks are said not to sell well outside NJ.

reply

She hasnt paid her debt , she paid only part of what she owes in Taxes.
Uncle Sam has liens on her home for unpaid Taxes.

Slainte 🇮🇪 I am who I am your approval isnt needed or required.

reply

But Joe isn't illegal. He's a legal alien with a criminal history, and INS still might want to ship him back to Italy but that's not the main event these days.

reply

He's not illegal though; he has a green card. Still in jeopardy of deportation though.

reply

He is married to a citizen? Is Tre a non-citizen or something? I don't understand!  

She was born in the USA (conceived in Italy). He did not file papers or whatever to get citizenship. I guess he kept renewing his green card instead. Makes no sense unless he thought he wouldn't pass the test you have to take.
