After re-watching the movie a few times, I'm scratching my head wondering what is that awesome piece of Necromonger head gear Riddick is wearing on his head, it's like a helmet with claws wrapped around the face.

That will be specially made. It looks nothing like any actual piece of armour I've ever seen and would be as much use in battle as a chocolate teapot.
shareToo true on the chocolate teapot lol. I just thought it looked pretty good as a fantasy helmet. I re-examined the picture again and it looks almost similar to the previous Lord Marshal's helm, just broken into pieces. Maybe Riddick got angry at all the assassination attempts and punched a hole in it lol.
