What is this show

I'm not sure if I saw this show before. But I saw one where the contestants didn't really create clothes they bought them just styled them, and were judge accordingly. It was more who wants to be a Hollywood stylist show. I only saw a couple episodes of that one because it was boring as hell.

Is this show that or is more Project Runway were they create/design the clothes?

I don't understand the question and I won't respond to it.
