If only she had dressed that man halfway decently in an outfit that somewhat fit I believe Calvin would have finally gone home. The judges seemed disgusted by his behavior (yet again) but they had to pick Cindy to go home because the outfit she made was so outrageously horrible. Someone with basic sewing skills could have done better than that.
