ridiculous unbalanced challenge

To The Calvin Show,

What an horribly unfair challenge.

One team has to model the bear couple, the big fat gay guys who are picky fashion divas. The other two teams get 4 skinny/normal lesbian women, who are less fashion conscious than the average woman customer.

Of course the skinny tall woman, with the model figure wins. Just like Project Runway bogus "real women" challenge, where the skinny real women models always get picked first, and always win. And then no surprise the fat models lose and get criticized by judges for looking fat and unappealing -- no duh!

This "real woman" challenge on fashion show it was even worse, where the fat "real world" models being 2 big fat gay men! And then the producers manipulate results to give Dominique the "win" (and immunity?) for her nightshirt bridal gown, when clearly Cesar and Eduardo's designs put it to shame. Of course Calvin is safe.

Poor Cindy gets eliminated for the most unfair challenge I've ever seen. It was basically Cindy versus Jeffrey. Jeffrey with normal figured butch, he made eddie munster outfit. Cindy stumbling on nightmare client of a pudgy lineman of a bear, with dreams of a korean wedding.

I always wondered why the designers usually have such a hard time making clothing for un-model like figures. Making something larger can't be that difficult. I think they're just use to seeing something on thinner people and anything else doesn't look exactly right to them.

I liked Eduardo's dress the most. The color worked really well with the model's complexion. Dominique dressed looked like a crushed and crumbled pillowcase.

I too loved Eduardo's dress. I also really liked the paisley pants on the partner. And IMO, I think the paisley was a better choice than the stripes.

Yes, they were definitely the best dressed couple. I think houndstooth would have been better than the paisley, though.

I could not believe they picked Dominique's boring ass dress. God, it was so basic bitch.

As far as Cindy and Calvin getting the big gay guys... I was more irritated at how they acted so annoyed at having to design for a body that wasn't a stick figure. It just struck me as so snobby and rude.

Thank you...I am SO glad someone mentioned this about the couples. The pit falls were so obvious.

I couldn't stand that dress the "won". A few weeks ago, the regular judges went nuts because of a crazy cut bottom and the bottom on this dress was even more worse than that!!

As much as I'd like to pitch Calvin out the window...when his client asked for Koren tradition without bringing some examples of such (as there are so many!), that was horrific. Regardless, they dressed those large sized men like bedsheets. Horrible.

Maybe the designers aren't supposed to use visual aides. I mean, if Calvin really needed a reference he could have looked it up on the internet... if he was allowed. He treated that poor guy like garbage and was stubborn and uninterested.

I doubt they could use the internet, as it is forbidden on PR don't see why it would be allowed here, but yeah that doesn't excuse the *beep*

Consider the daffodil. And while you're doing that, I'll be over here, looking through your stuff
