No comments? = Show failure
Hmmm... From the level of interest and activity here on IMDB forums, I take it Fashion Show is a big flop, a failure, a dud.
Well, I liked it. But it's no Project Runway. The challenges and the judging are just not credible as far as determining who is the most deserving and talented designers, with the overt focus on high school level soap opera drama than on talent. How talented each designers was had almost nothing to do with who survived from week to week.
And at the beginning of the show they mentioned there would be an added element of the creation and design each fashion show -- I was thinking it would be like restaurant wars in top chef. It does look like they took care to conceive each week's fashion show, with music, theme. But we ended up seeing none of that part of the creative process.
