Reel vs Genteel comment (spoiler)

Didn't watch the whole ep, was switching channels,

but thought the wrong house won/lost,

Out if the house which won, agreed with the dress that won,

Out of the house that lost, disagreed with the one who got eliminated, should've been Cesar (sp?)
